*I chose to use this artifact for the behavior contract because I liked how we are able to work on certain behaviors one week and continue working on them the following week without changing all of the behaviors. You can see from one week to the next, there is only one behavior that changed. This can be a behavior you think your student needs to work on from the past or something you are noticing presently.
*By using this artifact, I have learned that we can break down a child's behavior and weekly and by subject to see where the problem seems to be. The important part is figuring out why they are acting a certain way and what we can do to change it.
* This idea is most aligned with the theory of behaviorism by Watson because behavior is controlled by experience. When a student experiences doing something right, they are likely to do it again. When they experience doing something wrong, they will be less likely to do it again because of their experience.
